Lake Tahoe's Commercial Market 2021

I had the honor of representing the sale of an amazing Kings Beach commercial opportunity. It was located in the heart of downtown Kings Beach and was 100% rented. Tenants included Jason's Beachside Grille, Adrift Tahoe, and Lake Tahoe Photo Gallery. The Lake Tahoe market has been on fire for over a year. The commercial market was slow to rally, but it was only because there weren’t that many listings. Suddenly, some of the most iconic, commercial properties in North Lake Tahoe have become available for sale.
