3rd Quarter Market Report Lake Tahoe Condos

In the 3^rd quarter of 2023, 17 condos sold on the north shore with the majority in the $500,000 to $699,000 range. Five of those sales were between $700,000 and $2 million. Three were over $2 million. The median sale price was $665,000 and sold on average of only 68 days on the market.

Two condos sold on the west shore between $3 million and $5 million. The median sale price was  $4.1 million and sold after 25 days on market. A total of 88 condos sold in the 3^rd quarter for the entire Truckee Tahoe region.
