2018 Q3 Lake Tahoe Lakefront Report

The third quarter of 2018 continued to show record breaking numbers in lakefront home sales at Lake Tahoe. The median sale price for Lakefront homes on the West Shore was a whopping $8.2 million. On the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, the median sales price was $4.3. Incline Village saw a median sales price at $5.6 million. The East Shore of Nevada had a median sales price at $6.4 million.

The days on market for lakefront properties has been reduced in all areas around Lake Tahoe. Because of affordability on North Shore lakefronts, homes had an average of only 10 days on the market!

The highest sold price this quarter goes to a $24 million lakefront property on the West Shore. Incline Village followed right behind at a highest sales price of $17.5 million. A total of 6 properties sold on both the West Shore and East Shore, but only 3 lakefront homes sold in Incline Village and on the North Shore.
